Muskan recently married her childhood sweetheart; after their relationship blossomed from best friends to life partners. Their wedding functions were held in Ranchi and it was a double celebration as Muskan’s sister also tied the knot at the shared occasions. WeddingSutra Favourite – Dipak Studios had put their heart into the clicks and brought life into the wedding pictures.
How they met
The couple goes back a long way – from attending the same birthday parties to meeting at family get togethers – and each always held a soft spot for the other. The duo confessed their feelings for each other in high school and have been inseparable since.
Wedding Functions
Mehendi
For her mehendi, Muskan sported a traditional look. She opted for a grey lehenga with intricate gold embroidery by Seema Gujral. As it was a day function, she kept her makeup light and natural. Ojas Rajani enhanced her natural glow with nude tones and a hint of blush on her cheeks. Her hair was worn down and curled in a romantic side-swept look. Muskan finished off her traditional look by wearing beautiful gold earrings, a neckpiece and a heavy passa set.
Cocktail
The cocktail night was all glitter and glamor. Muskan owned the night in a stunning Natasha Dalal gown in an old rose hue, embellished with sequins and beads. Her diamond set with emeralds by A Jewels added a pop of color to her overall look. She kept her makeup fresh with subtle coral lips, adding a little drama to her eyes with false lashes. Her hair was styled in dreamy curls that suited her overall contemporary vibe.
Chura
Muskan wanted things kept simple and elegant for her chura ceremony. She wore a brocade knee-length kurta in emerald green with a pair of plain green palazzos by Raw Mango. Her makeup and hair were understated and elegant and she completed her look with just a pair of earrings so that she could quickly change into her wedding lehenga.
Wedding
Muskan says, “Since I was a child, I had always wanted to wear my mother’s lehenga. My wedding was the perfect day to turn this dream into reality. It was very special for me to walk down the aisle in it.”
The bride looked drop-dead gorgeous in a traditional rani-pink lehenga with gold zari work. She completed her bridal look with a double dupatta and for her jewelry she wore a choker, and nath from Surana Jewellers along with a rani haar, earrings and a matha patti. Her hair was tied in a bun that was adorned with flowers, and her makeup was kept fresh and dewy with subtle eye makeup and a bright pink pout.
